Hi! I'm Kristin.
I am deeply passionate about helping clients reconnect with their innate capacity to heal. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, and I specialize in working with trauma and eating disorders. My own recovery from an eating disorder through Internal Family Systems (IFS) profoundly shaped both my life and my clinical work, and I bring this holistic, parts-informed approach into my practice.
Because of both my professional experience and lived understanding, I hold a nuanced perspective on the power of trauma, the complexity of eating disorders, and the deeply intersectional nature of these experiences. I also have a strong interest in—and additional training related to—neurodivergence, particularly ADHD and autism, and I strive to offer affirming, informed care in this area.
I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful agent of change. I am committed to creating an authentically safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. A core value of my practice is integrity—I live the values I teach and have personally engaged in the healing practices I offer. I genuinely believe that every person is doing the best they can with the resources available to them. My role is to help clients reduce suffering, cultivate radical self-compassion, and engage in life more fully and authentically.
Outside of my work, I travel around the country with my wife, Jen, and our nine dogs, competing in dog sports and embracing the joy, chaos, and connection that come with life on the road.
